We gathered at a beautiful plant-based restaurant at the heart of Repubblica area of Milan, to pursue our first blind tasting!
Our guests had a chance to taste three types of sparkling wines (prosecco, franciacorta and champagne) and understand the differences in their production method. To enhance the tasting differences, SoulGreen prepared three delicious meals that highlighted the most important notes of each of the wines!
